We are a nationwide network that has multiple direct contacts with banks, institutions and hedge funds.  We are bulk REO sellers.  We are looking for qualified bulk REO buyers of bulk REO nationwide, bulk REO Arizona, bulk REO CA and bulk REO Nevada single family residences, distressed and non-distressed commercial properties.   If your bulk REO is not currently “on the shelf”, we will have it “assembled” for you.  Bulk REO buyers must be the “owners” of the funds.  Double escrows or simultaneous closings are not permitted 

 

If you are the buyer’s mandate, you are typically paid one percent of the total transaction.

 

If you introduce me to the buyer’s mandate, you will be considered an intermediary.  You will equally divide typically one percent of the total transaction with me and the other intermediaries.

 

Typically, 1% to 2% goes to the seller side, depending on the particular bank.

 

The buyer pays the above fees.
