- Depending on the arrangement, we would have a technician for you on call or at your office. If at anytime he was over worked or needed help, we would dispatch technicians as needed for immediate assistance.
- Most companies don't need to have highly specialized technicians all year long. There is rarely enough work for the upper level technicians to keep busy with and therefore you are losing a good portion of the money you pay for their salary. What we do is leave the day to day support in place, thus making your overall cost greatly reduced. When the need for a higher skill level arises, we simply deploy that technician at that time. You get all the benefits of a enterprise IT department, but at a discounted rate.
