While visiting relatives here, Thomas Sr. and his wife Aida fell in love with Arizona. In the mid 1980's, they decided to relocate to the Valley from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Thomas Sr. started doing work as an independent handyman in the Sun City area.

Having the vision of starting his own company in the valley, Thomas Sr. called his son Thomas Jr. and asked him to come to Arizona. He saw a great opportunity to start a family business, with the input from prior customers looking for good work ethic, reliability and honesty. Thomas Jr and his wife Liz lived in Chicago, Illinois and decided to also make the move to the Valley.

Albrecht and Son LLC was born in the late 1980's on the foundation of the family's strong work ethic and beliefs of reliability and honesty.

For the last 20 years, the company's values have stayed the same with customer service and satisfaction as their #1 priority. The original vision has grown into the successful company it is today. Hardworking and dedicated employees continue to make the Albrecht name synonymous with quality.

As a licensed General Contractor with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, Albrecht and Son, LLC can service all your residential and commercial projects.  Our services include additions, kitchen and bath remodels, interior and exterior custom painting, stucco conversions, energy efficient window retrofits, planning and design. When our employees come to your home, they introduce themselves and take pride in providing you the service you deserve. We cover all furniture, floors and decorations in the work area. We take down window treatments, outlet and switch covers and after the work is complete, we reinstall. Field supervisors will check the progress of your project and when complete they check all the work with you to insure your complete satisfaction. You don’t make a final payment until you approve the work.  We never forget that we work for YOU. Extra steps are taken to provide the care necessary to do a great job, because at Albrecht & Son, LLC we believe in 100% customer satisfaction, and we deliver on that promise! Warranty If a question comes up after a job has been completed; a phone call to the office ensures prompt action. A supervisor will evaluate the situation and will address the issue in a timely manner.
