Experience and Qualifications
Quik Pik Towing™/ All Over Towing, Inc™ is a Family Owned and actively operated company.
Our owners have over 25 years of industry knowledge and experience having owned a successful auto repair facility and body shop well known in the community. Their idea was to create a towing business that focused heavily on efficiency, safety, and customer service.
Over the past 7 years, we have experienced rapid growth and success. This is largely due to the determination, excellent service, loyalty and over all performance we have shown the community as well as our on going contracts. Solid, professional relationships have been formed with State, City and County organizations, clubs, and Dealerships as well as Major Insurance Companies and National Roadside Assistance Companies.
Goals and Estimated Time of Arrival
We have all been there, on the side of the road, in need of service. It is an extremely frustrating place to be in, alone and unsure of who is coming to help you and when. That is where we can make a difference!
it is our goal is to communicate with our customer, arrive rapidly, avoiding any unnecessary wait times. With temperatures creeping into the triple digits we strive to meet our ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) with particular accuracy.
Providing all services safely and efficiently while offering support and care will strengthen the bond between both the customer and the driver.
Community trust and satisfaction are goal #1 for us.
Office Personnel and Operations
Our office personnel is made up of 5 managers, 4 dispatchers, 6 coordinators, 6 schedulers and an accounting department with 4 separate divisions. Operation is conducted at a single location 24 hours a day 7 days a week with out exception. Accounting and Management are available Monday through Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm.
All incoming services are handled with the use of 10 telecommunication stations, complete with 7 roll-over lines. There is no answering service as calls are answered by a live Representative.
The entire Dispatch Center and Company Operation is managed via 12 station network, running the latest in dispatching, scheduling, tracking, navigating, and accounting software on the market.
Communication is handled via 2-way radio, email, and text, not to mention every driver has a personal cell phone as back-up.
Having the most current technology in place allows for a more streamlined approach to maintaining service call volume, strategic dispatching, rapid response times, and accurate accounting procedures.
Driving Team
The driving team is staffed with 30 specialized and trained operators. We employ standard towing and roadside service providers as well as Accident scene Specialists, Recovery Specialists, Heavy Duty Team, Hazard Safety Directors and ASE Certified Technicians.
Each member of our driving team maintains a current DOT medical card, proper endorsements on their license, and a clean and respectable driving record. Prior to being added to the team, each qualified applicant must be cleared through our insurance company, undergo and pass a DOT road-test, co-driving evaluation, and drug-alcohol screening. Safety and maintenance of both the driver and the trucks are a must.
As representatives of this company, all drivers are to conduct themselves with respect and care while assisting our customers.
Fleet of Trucks
Our fleet consists of Roadside Assistance Units, Flatbeds, Rollbacks, Wheel Lifts, 4X4 Recovery units, Medium Duty Wreckers, Heavy Duty Wreckers, and Landoll transport with built in scales, thus allowing us to offer a wide range in services for all weight vehicles in need of service.
The fleet is maintained and regulated by state and federal guidelines. Service records and repair logs are tracked via an Internet based program. Our ASE certified diesel technicians are on-staff each shift to handle routine maintenance and repairs. One of our Owners acts as Maintenance Manager to ensure quality control. Warranty work is handled at manufacturer approved facilities and dealerships. We take pride in having a new, clean and highly efficient fleet of trucks.
Each driver is required to perform pre and post trip inspections of the truck. Evaluation includes, but not limited to the following: safety lights and equipment, tools, roadside emergency equipment, straps, chains, braking system, fluid levels, and overall performance.
Service Enhancements
Roadside Assistance, Towing, and Recovery related expositions and training seminars are held several times throughout the year in Orlando, FL, Reno, NV, and Baltimore, MD. It is our current policy to include representatives from this company to attend such meetings. We also hold in-house training and demonstrations.
The face of towing changes so frequently; resulting in new tricks, trends, technology, equipment upgrades, and an overall desire to improve the industry as a whole. As operators and owners, we feel that it is our responsibility to be involved in this change to result in better business practices that will set us apart from the herd.
