We are also experienced in reaching an agreed settlement amount, which can help both sides avoid the additional time and expense of the appraisal process. 

In addition to over 30 years experience relating to property damage assessment, mitigation, repairs and claims resolution we are certified for AHERA asbestos inspection and we hold the following IICRC certifications; WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, HST, OCT, UFT, CCT, CRT, RRT. That means we hold to the highest industry standards to protect the health and safety of both residents and technicians at the affected property. Our AIC designation demonstrates adherence to the highest ethical standards related to the claims process.

Inspection & Testing
When you need to determine if the issue is a product, environmental or installation issue, we provide prompt, professional investigation and reporting services. We can also obtain any available product samples for testing.

From air quality and surface testing to post clearance testing we help you have peace of mind. We provide third party moisture mapping typically helpful on larger losses. We maintain chain of custody every time, large or small. 

Appraisal
From writing a simple estimate to or scope of damages to help with disputed claims, we can help. If you need to know what your loss is worth, but aren't ready to have a contractor look at your damage

Flooring Inspections
We work with homeowners, manufacturers, property managers, builders and flooring dealers to investigate flooring issues related to manufacturer warranty claims. We investigate to determine if the cause is related to a product failure, environmental issue, maintenance issue or installation issue. We report using factual data obtained to provide as clear a picture as possible.

Our reports are crafted to help determine the cause and identify any culpable parties and subrogation targets.
