Under current ownership since 2006, Argosy West Computers technicians have over 40 years combined experience in Apple and PC service.
As the only authorized Apple Warranty Service Center between Phoenix and Sedona, we do our repairs here in our shop.
We also repair Windows computers and perform network troubleshooting, in the shop or on site.
In addition, we offer individualized teaching and consulting, both in store and on site.
Our primary services are computer repair and instruction, but we are a dealer for Dell computers, and will provide consultation to help you select the proper computer for your needs, whether that is a Mac or a Dell. Come on in and talk with our knowledgeable staff to get your questions answered.
Services
Emergency Service: $50 surcharge gets immediate and exclusive attention to your problem.
Priority Service: $25 surcharge places the job ahead of standard service.
Scheduled Service: $25 surcharge to have overnight turnaround, scheduled in advance.
Standard Service: First in, first out. Standard turnaround is 5 business days, pending parts.
Standard Service Fee: $60.00 per hour.
On-Site Service Fee: $75.00 per hour.
Estimates: $15.00 to $30.00

Some computer problems are misunderstandings, not malfunctions. We can fix “cockpit trouble” too. We may suggest better software or hardware to ease the problem. Argosy West can supply the goods and the training needed to make you efficient, productive, and satisfied.
