We offer low fees, which are determined on a case-by-case basis, and are based in part on the amount and type of debt as well as the number of your creditors. Payment arrangements can be made. However, as is typical with bankruptcy attorneys, all fees are due in full prior to the filing.

Attorney Asheton B. Call has been practicing bankruptcy law for over 15 years.  Asheton limits his practice to bankruptcy law, with offices in Chandler, Glendale and Casa Grande.  Asheton is admitted to practice by the Arizona and Colorado Bars, as well as the Federal District Court for the District of Arizona, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Tax Court.
