At Blue Diamond Home & RV we pride ourselves in servicing what we sell. Manufactured homes and park models are built in a factory setting by hand, travel on wheels to your site and are set. After all this, you require service. Many retailers allow you ONE service call, directly out of the factory with no local service support. At Blue Diamond we have a different philosophy. We have built our reputation on our service, one home at a time since 1985.

Our Story

Blue Diamond was founded in 1985 at Sun Vista RV resort in Yuma, Arizona. From those modest beginnings we have grown to selling manufactured homes, park models and recreational vehicles (RVs) in two Arizona locations: Yuma and Lakeside (near Showlow).

We are the oldest new manufactured home and park model retailer in Northeastern Arizona. We are the oldest park model retailer in Southwestern Arizona. The reason for our growth is simple, we treat you as we would like to be treated. Many of our sales are referrals and repeat customers.

We are the oldest and largest retailer for Chariot Eagle west of the Mississippi. We are the proud recipient of “Retailer of the Year” for Clayton Homes in the Western United States for two years in a row.

We are a family owned and operated business with working owners who travel between our two locations. We choose to represent the manufacturers that we know are the leaders in our industry: Chariot Eagle, Clayton, Karsten, Silvercrest and Skyline homes.
