Brewer Caldwell Property Management was founded in October of 1998. Over the years we have become one of the largest property management companies in Arizona. With our Phoenix and Tucson office we cover the entire valley. We specialize not only in homes to lease but also with purchasing investment properties. We feel that quality customer service is the main objective of our business. We cannot thrive in the real estate and property management industry without maintaining the highest standard of customer service. It is quality, not quantity, which is our focus.
