Our care consists of three levels. This enables you and your loved one to enjoy the future in a familiar, comfortable surrounding among friends.     

  • Directed Care
    • Highest level including skilled nursing needs, personal, physical and more.     
  • Personal Care
    • Moderate level with assistance for grooming, eating, mobility, and some physical needs.     
  • Supervisory Care
    • Low level with personal assistance in daily grooming and mobility

  • Plans activities and social games    
  • Provides 24/7 first-rate care    
  • Serves three nutritious home-cooked meals and at least two snacks per day  
  • Administers medication according to Physician’s order    
  • Assistance in bathing and grooming and other ADL’s    
  • Housekeeping, including laundry
  • Individualized Service Plan
