Briston Construction is a general contractor licensed in the state of Arizona, who is verified as a SDVOSB under Veteran Affair guidelines. We provide design-build and design-bid-build construction services to federal agencies throughout the southwest including, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Colorado, Utah, and Southern California.

Though relatively new to the federal contracting market, Briston has the experienced construction management staff and skilled design program managers to provide effective project evaluation and design review for low-bid, negotiated, and design-build procurements. In addition to offering professional construction management services, we also self-perform site and building demolition, earthwork, grading, and electrical scopes of work.

Our heavy construction staff is experienced in small to large scale site preparation, earth-work, new construction and reconstruction of asphalt and PCCP roadways and parking areas, conventional and rubberized asphalt overlays, drainage structures, and box culverts. Briston?s commercial contracting personnel have the necessary experience for new construction, tenant improvements, and remodels of municipal, commercial, and industrial buildings. Our overall staff resume includes building such projects as major infrastructure improvements to community parks and firehouses, to commercial and industrial buildings.

In addition to strong and diverse construction management expertise, Briston has established a $25 Million per project and $40 Million aggregate bonding capacity through Safeco Insurance Company of America.
