James Buesing
James is an experienced trial attorney. As a former prosecutor for the Maricopa County Attorney's Office, the sixth largest prosecutor's office in the country, he took some of the most demanding and complex cases to trial as a Senior Attorney in the Family Violence Bureau, where the cases often involved serious physical injury and even the death of small children at the hands of their parents or other family members. As a prosecutor James handled hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases. James is licensed to practice law in Arizona.
It isn't often that James is not in court, litigating. If not in court, he typically spends his time preparing for court. Extensive trial experience makes James better equipped to handle clients' needs in a wide range of practice areas.



Dan Hernacki
Dan is an experienced trial attorney. As a former prosecutor for the Maricopa County Attorney's Office, the sixth largest prosecutor's office in the country, he took some of the most demanding and complex cases to trial as a trial attorney in the Family Violence Bureau, where the cases often involved serious physical injury and even the death of small children at the hands of their parents or other family members. As a prosecutor Dan handled hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases. Dan is licensed to practice law in Arizona.

Jay Beckstead
Jay is experienced both as a business transaction attorney and as a litigator. He earned the Vanderbilt Business-Law Certificate from the Vanderbilt Business and Law Schools, and graduated with a BS from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and with a JD from Vanderbilt Law School. His first job out of law school was as a patent prosecutor in Washington, D.C. and Silicon Valley where he worked on various hardware, software, and wireless technology patents and patent applications. Jay is also as a former criminal prosecutor for the Maricopa County Attorney's Office, the sixth largest prosecutor's office in the country, where he took demanding and complex cases to trial. As a criminal prosecutor Jay handled hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases. Jay is licensed to practice law in both California and Arizona, and before the United States Patent Office.
Extensive trial, technology, and business transaction experience makes Jay well equipped to handle clients' needs in a wide range of practice areas.


John Burr
John is an experienced patent and intellectual property attorney. John has a PhD in Molecular Biology and worked for over a decade in biotech research. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a BS in Biology, from the University of California at Irvine with a PhD in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry, and from the Whittier College School of Law. John is licensed to practice law in California and before the US Patent Office.

John's extensive patent, technology, and intellectual property experience makes him well equipped to handle clients' needs in a wide range of practice areas.




Christine Tasopulos
Christine is an experienced trial attorney and a former prosecutor for the Maricopa County Attorney's Office. In her eight years with the Maricopa County Attorney's Office she has prosecuted hundreds of felony and misdemeanor cases and successfully performed numerous trials, both to a jury and to the bench. Christine worked in many divisions while at the Maricopa County Attorney's office including the Juvenile Division where she was appointed as Acting Bureau Chief. Prior to joining the Maricopa County Attorney's Office Christine practiced Real Estate/Corporate Law representing many homeowner's associations throughout the Valley. Christine has been licensed to practice law in Arizona since 2003. Her extensive trial and negotiation experience in both criminal and civil law makes her well equipped to handle clients' needs in a wide range of practice areas.
