Campbell Development was formed in October, 1995 by Jim Campbell, a 35 year veteran of the construction industry.Prior to forming the company, Jim Campbell was President/Chief Operating Officer of a nationally acclaimed general contracting firm. His principles and ethics of how business should he conducted motivated him to form Campbell Development. Campbell Development is a coalition with Jim’s sons, Jimmy and Scott Campbell, making Campbell Development a family owned and operated corporation At Campbell Development we don’t just build buildings, we build relationships. Our focus is on client specific services. By using communication and dedication to obtain a clear understanding of our client’s needs and expectations, we mutually determine what items are most important and eliminate the element of “surprise” in the project for them.Our assistance is a constant for all stages; from the concept of the project, through construction and completion, as well as maintenance. We also understand our client’s needs change as a project evolves, with keeping the lines of communication open those needs are quickly and efficiently addressed. We feel that approach is the primary reason that 90% of our work has historically been repeat business or referrals.
