About UsCompany Profile (Including years in inspection business or related industry):
-
Champ Home Inspections has been family owned and operated since 1978. We have a contractor and electrician on staff. Inspectors at Champ have performed over 16,000 inspections since the company was established. Not all inspection companies are the same - each offers different services for different prices. Champ’s inspections are comprehensive (meeting and exceeding accepted standards) and all-inclusive – no hidden costs. We do not charge extra for swimming pools, spas, evaporative coolers, or the age or the residence. All pricing is based on the livable square footage of the residence. Champ performs re-sale, pre-close, pre-drywall, and warranty inspections. All reports are narrative, faxed or e-mailed the same day. We will soon be offering computer generated reports that may be accessed through our website. Digital photographs are included at no additional cost.
