Here at Chuck Franklin Law, we keep the lines of communication open between you, the client, and either Chuck Franklin or Colby Kanouse, the only two attorneys here. Chuck and Colby’s paralegal, Missy Malone, has been working here for 17 years and is a great resource for non-legal advice questions, as well as litigation support for all of the Personal Injury/Accident cases. Missy has extensive experience in case trial preparation, and finding her way around the Federal, State and City Court systems to get things done efficiently and expeditiously.

We have represented over 8,000 clients since 1987. This firm was started with the goal in mind: to not be like other law firms with the traditional stuffiness, and “Country Club” attitude of many lawyers. Chuck, Colby, and all of our staff are down to earth, easy to communicate with, honest, and work aggressively toward your legal goals, while making you feel as comfortable as possible to get you through your legal problems. Our fees are reasonable, and typically well below other firms Flat Fees, considering Chuck’s trial experience in both Civil and Criminal Defense area.
