Jason Hale, PE, SE, LEED AP
With over 17 years of experience in structural engineering and construction, Jason has provided design services and project management services for projects ranging from municipal infrastructure to mid-rise office buildings and historic renovations. He is also an accredited professional for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).

Jacob Vinton, PE, SE
Jacob graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Northern Arizona University in 2002. He has 8 years of experience in structural engineering that includes design and inspection services for projects including low rise commercial buildings, multi-story custom homes, government, and institutional facilities. He has designed structures with modern building materials including wood, steel, concrete, and masonry. His specialty is hollow structural steel design and bolted connections. He has also designed with classic and green building materials including soil cement, stone, ICF, and SIPS. 

Rick Copeland
Rick has over 20 years of diverse experience working and serving the building construction industry. He has worked the last two years utilizing the latest BIM software to create, produce and coordinate deliverables. 

Richard Ramirez
Richard has over 12 years of diverse experience working and serving the building construction industry. He has worked the last ten years utilizing the latest BIM software to create, produce and coordinate deliverables. Prior to this, he served the public for over five years with Yavapai County as an ICC-Certified commercial plans examiner and building inspector.

Christie Dennis, EIT
Chirstie has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Environmental Science from University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Arizona University. She has experience in both energy analysis and structural analysis of buildings and building structures.  Christie is a certified RESNET, BPI and Energy Star rater.

We can provide a thorough and detailed structural analysis to determine likely causes of structural failure.   We can also assess existing structures to locate and provide solutions for weak or overstressed components while preserving the existing aesthetic and historical value of the building.

Manufactured Home Inspection and Certificate
We can provide statewide inspections and certifications through our network of inspectors across the state at an affordable rate with prompt service. Upon payment confirmation, we are typically able to provide your certification with five-business days. Expedited services are also available.

LEED for New Construction
Our Principal is a certified LEED representative that can assist with obtaining LEED certification for your project.

Code Review
Out staff comprises years of experience from all phases of municipal plan review from chief building official to plan reviewer to building inspectors.  Our firm is well qualified to perform code review services for residential, commercial and industrial projects of any scope or size.
