About Us
Established in 1999 and founded by Don Schatz and Marv Lavasaseur , Creative Renovations LLC is a privately owned residential and small commercial company based in Phoenix Arizona. We are proud of our dedication to our customers and of our attention to detail.
Our company began as a small remodel contractor and grew to include infill projects and custom homebuilding. After several years of business we began to partner with investors and initiated infill purchases in and around the Arcadia area with the intent to provide newer larger homes in a predominantly older neighborhood. This has created a lot of excitement in the Arcadia area. After years of working with investors, along with our own spec building, we have turned our focus on working with the individual homeowner.
Our team, which includes award winning designer Lash McDaniels, and architect Raleigh George Hall, begin our quality of service at the initial meeting and carry that through to the final walk through.
