CR Property Services, was started in March of 2002. The goal was to focus on property management for commercial and residential properties.

Property management is an often overlooked, almost after-thought, for many investors. We know this because we were owners before we were property managers and much of the motivation for moving into the property management arena was our own need for quality property management services personalized to our needs. CR Property Services is dedicated to helping investors and homeowners manage their properties in a professional yet personalized manner.

Since then, we have broadened our services to include leasing. Our primary goal is to help clients with all aspects of their properties. We are well versed in both commercial and residential real estate and therefore investors with multiple types of properties (i.e., single family homes, apartments, shopping centers, industrial buildings, office complexes) now have one company who can both manage and lease their entire portfolio.

Our primary focus always has been and continues to be providing high quality, personalized, professional property management services at a fair price. We see the need to provide the professionalism and accountability of a large company, while giving clients the personalization of a small company.

We do this all while making Customer Service out top priority. Our offices are located in north central Phoenix off the 51 freeway.
