Our Mission Dahn Yoga's mission is to employ holistic exercises and programs in order to empower individuals to realize their potential and inspire them to live healthier lifestyles. Our Vision Dahn Yoga's vision is to positively affect the communities where we do business through our studio-based services, free and reduced community-based classes and through the dissemination of holistic information derived from Oriental Medicine and Korean traditional wisdom. Our Commitments In order to achieve our goals, Dahn Yoga is committed to: 1) Being a good neighbor: in finding ways of being service to the community or better stewards of the environment; 2) Providing Program Excellence: from our basic classes to advanced workshops; 3) Excellence in Customer Care, including providing personal attention and a clean, peaceful practice atmosphere; and 4) Support for the ongoing education of our staff of dedicated Practitioner-Instructors.

About Us

"Dahn" is a Korean word that means vital energy; "Yoga" is derived from the Sanskrit word for union. Dahn Yoga helps people develop union of body and mind through application of East Asian energy principles. Dahn Yoga is a leader in health and wellness, offering classes in Yoga, Tai Chi, meditation and other mind body training programs based on Traditional Korean healing philosophy. Since 1996 Dahn Yoga ® training methods have been offered in the United States through corporate, affiliate and franchises locations. Dahn Yoga is committed to creating authentic opportunities for individuals to improve their quality of life and positively benefit society as a whole.
