Earth Care began providing quality custom landscape service in 1984.
Today, 25 years later, Earth Care has grown to
20+ employees and seven separate landscaping divisions. We are an award
winning company with a reputation for excellence in quality and customer
service. As the valley has grown, so has Earth Care. Our company now serves Cave Creek, Carefree, and North Scottsdale. Our mission here at Earth Care is to exceed the client's expectations on every level while providing quality, professional plant care.
Glenn Fahringer, Owner of Earth Care and certified Arborist, works hand in hand with the Town of Cave Creek to assure that the Town keeps it's unique and special character intact. He has been instrumental in helping to create the Cave Creek Native Plant Ordinance, which holds new construction landscape in Cave Creek to an especially high standard insuring the preservation of the natural beauty of the desert.
Earth Care maintains a number of local business properties as well as some of the most exclusive homes in the North Valley. We take care of all of our clients' landscape needs from application of fertilizers to XERISCAPE upgrades. Earth Care regularly consults with new businesses under construction to discuss what types of plants are best to maintain the existing character of the area.
Maintenance
As the saying goes, your home is your castle. Earth Care has the experience to maintain your outdoor spaces using appropriate plant care standards for pruning, irrigation, and lawns. Landscaping is a big investment and needs to be properly maintained to give you many years of enjoyment.
Water Management
Earth Care offers in depth, on site irrigation inspections. Older irrigation systems often do not operate efficiently, using more water, resulting in higher water bills. An inspection will identify any underlying problems and Earth Care will offer efficient, water-wise solutions.
Finishing Touches
Earth Care knows how the fine details can make or break an amazing outdoor space. We specialize in bringing those details together to create a unique and impressive landscape. Low Voltage Lighting, Water Features, Fine Gardening, and indoor planting are just some of finishing touches we can help you with.
Landscapes
Perhaps your hardscape is in place and it’s time to accent and soften the space with plantings. Earth Care will listen carefully to the vision which you have and our expert staff will work to select and create the appropriate plant palette to achieve your perfect oasis. We understand the limitations and guidelines enforced in many of the local subdivisions and can design a landscape that will meet with HOA and city approval.
Hardscapes
Our goal at Earth Care is to build the highest quality hardscapes, including Barbecues, patios, pergolas, fireplaces, firepits, bancos, raised planters and pool scapes with careful attention to detail. We work with quality in-house installers and bring in reputable, qualified sub-contractors to perform specialty work.
Design
Earth Care will work with you to shape and define your ideal outdoor environment. We have in-house design capabilities and frequently work closely with Architects, Landscape Architects, and other Designers to provide the client with the best design options possible.
