East Valley Floors

Von started East Valley Floors back in 1984 when Gilbert was a small farming community.

As Gilbert and the rest of the Valley have grown so has East Valley Floors.

Prior to starting the company he was a Carpet Mill regional sales representative for Arizona and New Mexico. He is a member of the Ceramic Tile & Stone Association of Arizona, the Better Business Bureau , holds 2 current licenses with the AZ Registrar of Contractors and won the Certified Flooring Executive Award from the World Floor Covering Association in 2002. Von is one of the less then 25 people to have received this award in Arizona
Von earned the Certified Flooring Executive designation in 2002 (less than 25 of these in Arizona!) .

Scott E. Fredricks, Sales Manager
Scott grew up in the San Francisco Bay area, and installed carpet for nearly 25 years in California, Idaho, and AZ.

Scott jointed East Valley Floors as a Senior Installer in 1986. He “retired” from installation in 1998, and joined our sales team. Scott has mastered the details of selling all types of flooring and tile, including slab Granite counter tops. He is a great asset to the company.

Tile and stone floor installation
Beautiful and timeless. The color and design of each individual tile is unique – as designed by nature.

Marble and Granite come from all over the world.
Granite is a harder stone than marble, which makes it ideal for counter tops.
Limestone and Travertine are usually smooth, but some styles are available in an unfilled finish, or a “Tumbled” look , with rounded edges and a more rustic look.
Slate originates in the U.S., India and Africa. It has a natural cleft which makes its size and shape slightly imperfect.

Granite installation
We buy from almost all of the importers in town. We ENCOURAGE you to hand select the slabs of Granite before ordering. The fabricator we use is the key. They have over 60 years experience. They have a water jet cutter for precise cutting and do a superb job. We challenge you to compare our prices, edge details offered, product thickness and finish with the Home Depots’s and Lowe’s, etc. We will give you more for your money, deliver it quicker, and upgrade your edge details for less money. We handle the plumbing and appliance re-connections as well.
