David Stevens, President and CEO -- is responsible for EPCOR’s strategic direction and growth, and achieving operational excellence across its power and water businesses.  

 
We build, own and operate electrical transmission and distribution networks, water and wastewater treatment facilities and infrastructure in Canada and the United States. 

We provide water, wastewater, and distribution services to more than 1 million people in 75 Canadian communities and 14 municipalities and 6 counties in the U.S.

With over 100 years of experience, we work with industry, municipalities and communities to design, build, finance and operate:
Water treatment plants
Water distribution systems
Wastewater and storm water collection systems
Wastewater treatment facilities

EPCOR currently owns and/or operates more than 50 of these facilities. We deliver water and wastewater services to more than a million people in more than 75 communities and industrial sites in Canada. Through a wholly-owned subsidiary, EPCOR Water USA, we also own and operate water operations in both Arizona and New Mexico.
