About Us
The Faber Companies are representative of a fourth generation family business. The roots go back to early work in the 1930’s and 1940’s in Minnesota, Alaska, and then California. Today there are four brothers working in different capacities of business together and on private ventures.

Currently Kevin and Keith Faber own or manage the companies represented here in Nevada, California, and Arizona. Both have been in the construction business since they were teenagers. The Faber’s have worked together exclusively since 1987 when their father retired. The main focus of their construction talents were directed at framing large apartment complexes for companies such as the A.G. Spanos family, Trammel Crow, Alliance Residential, and the Picerne family. The projects for these companies have taken the Fabers to 15 different states and at different times over the course of the last 24 years have held licenses in California, New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Nevada, and Arizona. The family has constructed over 120,000 multifamily units over the years and several million feet of commercial projects.

The biggest contract in scope was 1300 units in one location in Phoenix, Arizona and the largest contract in value was $26,000,000 on a military naval base in San Diego. The largest volume for any year was $80,000,000.00. The largest number of employees on the payroll- 800.

Company Structure:

The family has used several different names for their enterprises over the years for tax and other reasons, but the current makeup of the business structure is as follows:

Divine Carpentry LLC: Nevada LLC (Faber Brothers was not used because the oldest brother has rights to that company name from the time of the father’s retirement). This company is used primarily to frame large wood construction projects in the state of Nevada.

Match Point Ventures LLC: Nevada LLC used primarily for residential and commercial construction in the state of Nevada.

Faber Brothers Co. LLC: Arizona LLC used for all types of construction in the state of Arizona.

Home Court Enterprises LLC: California LLC use for holdings and California projects.

Plan B Construction Solutions LLC: Arizona LLC used for consulting, expert witness services, and 203K consulting.
