Yani’s career in the beauty industry began at the Kalypso Make-up and Finishing school in the Slovak Republic. There Yani learned the balance between color, proportion, symmetry, beauty and art.
Her next step took her to Japan for two years with the Case Agency. As a lead model and beauty advisor to other young women, Yani’s drive and daring stretched her horizons and diversified her perspective of beauty as both art and profession. Next she moved to the USA, and worked with Lancome Cosmetics as a Pro-team Make-up Artist at grand openings and other special events throughout the southwest. Yani has also been employed as a make-up artist for Rolf’s. It was during this time that she made numerous appearances on “Good Morning Arizona” to provide make-up consultation, application and advice. Keen to extend her education, she studied at the Carsten Institute and began her education in texture and chemical coloring. Now, years later, Yani’s talent for beauty may be Tempe’s best kept secret.
