Geriatric Resources, LLC is a geriatric care management firm dedicated to advocacy, assessment, resource provision and care of senior citizens in the Phoenix Metropolitan area including Sun City, Sun City West, Peoria, Glendale, Phoenix, Scottsdale and Litchfield Park.
A geriatric care manager is a professional who specializes in assisting older adults and their family with health care arrangements. Geriatric care managers have extensive knowledge about the costs, quality and availability of services in their communities.
By evaluating an individual’s level of functioning, their health, their emotional state, their finances and their legal needs, a Geriatric Care Manager helps to identify problems and offer timely, practical solutions.

About our Principal
Crystal Littlejohn, MHSA, CMC - Principal/Certified Geriatric Care Manager- has lived in service to seniors for the entirety of her adulthood. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology, as well as a Master in Health Services Administration degree.
During a health care career that spans almost 20 years, Crystal has obtained quality experience in the assisted living, skilled nursing, assisted living memory care, hospice and geriatric care management arenas. She holds a Certified Assisted Living Facility Manager Certification (CALFM) through the Arizona Board of Examiners of Nursing Care Institution Administrators and Assisted Living Facility Managers as well as a Care Manager Certified (CMC) distinction from the National Academy of Certified Care Managers.
Crystal has been an active member of the Phoenix Metropolitan area health care network since her move to Arizona in 1994 from her home state of New Hampshire. Her education, experience and compassion for seniors make her an ideal advocate for this very vulnerable population.

Our hours of Operation are Monday through Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM.
