Our dense foam mats have a one year normal limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal daily use, excludes outdoor applications. If mats are thought to be deteriorating under normal use within the warranty period, please contact our customer service. Prior to sending any replacement products we do require a digital picture be emailed to us showing the issues for us to review. It is typically not necessary to send the product back for review.Products deemed defective from manufacturing issues will be replaced or refunded per management discretion working with the customer.
Once the flooring been removed from any clear wrapping, installed, used, and/or cut to fit in an installation, the items are no longer returnable. It is a customer’s responsibility to check all flooring products prior to installation. EVA foam can have some slight variations in color and thickness between tiles. The natural characteristics of foam allow for some expansion and contraction and color shades may slightly vary. Due to this, we cannot accept returns for color and thickness variations unless the tiles are off more than 2mm in thickness or if colors are substantially different. If you feel this is the case, please contact us to provide pictures via email. If the flooring is unused and approved by Get Rung to be returned, the customer will incur a 20% restocking fee and will be responsible for return shipping.

Our goal at Get Rung is to provide the easiest shopping experience and the best lead times in the industry. We will do everything we can to help you make any changes to your order. However, all of our products typically ship the same or next business day.So, if your order has already shipped, we may not be able to make the desired change without additional fees.All changes and cancellations must be done via phone.Please contact us ASAP to make any changes to your order.It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all the information provided on the order is accurate. Cancelled orders in excess of $1000 may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee as well as a 5% restocking fee.
