Gleeson Mobile Home Service was founded in 1984 by Terry Gleeson to provide manufactured and modular housing transport, installation and service throughout the state of Arizona.
Gleeson Mobile Home Service works with manufactured home communities, sales centers, corporations and individuals to provide the complete home or building set up experience from permitting to closing. Our goal is to always provide the highest quality workmanship and service to all our customers.
With the continued growth of the manufactured and modular housing industry throughout Arizona, in the last 35 years, Gleeson Mobile Home Service has expanded into other aspects of the business by forming complimentary companies that service our customersneeds.
We are members of the Better Business Bureau, Manufactured Housing Industry of AZ and in good standing with The Office of Manufactured Housing. We are Licensed, Bonded and Insured.
Site Meeting
Coordinator will meet with homeowner or their representative at the home site to discuss placement and details of manufactured or modular home set-up.
Site Plan & Permits
Design site plan to scale and submit with required documentation to city, county or state agencies.
Transport
Transport statewide and crawler service available.
Block & Level
Remove tires and axles, block and level, lag floor and roof, drop hitches, seal floor, cap off roof and trim out exterior marriage line.
Utility Hookup
Connect electric, water, sewer and gas(if available) from home to existing services. Septic tanks, power poles, pedestals or wells can be installed as required.
Complete Set-up
Remove tires and axles, block and level, lag floor and roof, drop hitches, seal floor, cap off roof and trim out exterior marriage line.

Skirting

Awnings
Gleeson Mobile Home Service can provide patio or carport awnings. Aluminum, wood or Alumawood, we cover all your needs. We build any other accessory structure needed for residential or commercial purposes, such as custom sheds, wood decks and garages.
