STANDARD SERVICES

Exterior

Pick up litter, newspapers and phone books from driveways and door fronts
Inspect the roof (from ground)
Inspect doors and windows
Inspect landscaping for water leaks
Landscaper’s name/phone is recommended.


Interior

Run faucets to flush for sewer gases
Inspect ceilings for roof leaks
Inspect ceilings and baseboards for termite infestation
Inspect under kitchen/bathroom sinks for water leaks/insects
Turn on garbage disposal
Flush and scrub toilet(s); also plastic wrap toilets
Fill and maintain water in evaporation buckets
Check refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine

OPTIONAL SERVICES

Drive golf cart(s) and charge/fill golf cart batteries – $15 each
Start auto(s) – $10 each
Start and Drive auto(s) – $20 each
Water house plants: Ask for quote (no guarantee)
Unscheduled visits – $30 Initial & $25 per additional hour
Optional Returning Services – One Time Fee
Welcome Back Start-up Package* - $25
         * Includes turn on of water, HWH, A/C, ice cube maker, etc.
