What has worked better than you anticipated? The number of referral calls I receive by word of mouth, this indicates to me that my customers trust me and are very happy with my work. In return my customer base has been a majority of family and friends. What didn't work when you started? Trying to do too many calls, I found that a better way to serve my customers is to educate them so that they get a better understanding on how their system works. Customers really appreciate you spending the extra time with them. Biggest daily challenge? Gaining the trust of potential customers, a lot of people have been disappointed with the industry and the overpricing of repairs. What services do you provide? Complete 40pt inspection on A/C system, check all electrical components pertaining to system, check for proper Freon levels. Free estimates on new systems, installations and annual maintenance programs. It is very important to inspect entire duct system for proper operation. What makes the business unique? Customers never have to wait more than 24 hours. If I cannot fix the problem that same day I offer other alternative solutions by putting them up in a hotel or offer a portable A/C unit for their comfort. Why customers should choose you? I believe that honesty and integrity are the backbone of any company and without these attributes; your company has no chance of surviving. Goals for the business? To establish High Efficiency Air Conditioning as a trustworthy and honest company and to always put my customers needs first. Why the business is in Gilbert? I have been a resident in Gilbert for 6 years and love the community. I belong to the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce which allows me to network with other families that reside in Gilbert. I believe it's a wonderful place to raise your kids.
