Margo Boster has a long history of building organizations and helping people within those organizations achieve goals they believed were beyond their reach. With more than 25 years of professional experience in senior leadership and information management, including more than 10 years in health information management, she combines proven, real world experience with the education and training to help you thrive. Ms. Boster is a certified leadership coach, PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and HIMSS Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMSS).
Ms. Boster's diverse experience includes leadership positions in both large private sector companies and the Federal Government. Prior to co-founding ImpaQ Solutions, Ms. Boster founded and grew a consulting company that provided information technology consulting and organizational and change management consulting and training.
Ms. Boster has a BS in Psychology with emphasis in Organizational Development and has completed graduate level course work in Public Policy and Administration. She has completed the Georgetown University Certificate in Leadership Coaching program, and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) who regularly teaches yoga classes.

Mark Boster, Ph.D.President and Principal Consultant
Mark Boster is an industry leader in both Federal Government and private sector. He takes small or under-performing organizations and leads them to heights they never thought possible. He brings more than 30 years of management experience including 20 years of IT management at all levels of the Federal Government and private sector. Dr. Boster is a demonstrated leader in building businesses and growing partnerships to accomplish mutual goals and exceed customer's expectations.
Prior to co-founding ImpaQ Solutions, Dr. Boster was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Platinum Solutions, an innovative, high-end software development company. Joining Platinum in 2005, he took a small business operation to a rapid growth, highly recognized company that graduated from small business designation at the end of 2010. Dr. Boster led the company growth from 2004 revenue of $2.7 million to revenue in excess of $31 million in 2009. The total growth represents a 970% increase and a CAGR of 60%.
Dr. Boster previously was Senior Vice President at ICF International, a global professional services company, where he helped transform the information technology unit into a more productive, growth oriented business. He was also a Group Senior Vice President at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) where he successfully directed and grew a $112 million business.
A senior executive fellow at Harvard University, Dr. Boster finished his 21 year Government career with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) as the Deputy Assistant Attorney General for Information Resources Management.
Mark hails from Ohio and holds a B.S. in Hydrology with a Computer Science emphasis from The Ohio State University, and an M.S. and Ph. D. in Water Resources Administration and Economics from the University of Arizona. He is a Harley-Davidson motorcycle enthusiast, a chef wannabe, and enjoys sailing.
