There’s no place like home, especially when you’re not feeling well. Our certified attendant caregivers and staff  will help you live safely at home with expert and responsive care.

Whether you need someone for just a few days or a more supportive long-term arrangement, we can help. Our home healthcare experts will work with you and your case manager, social worker, and doctor to come up with a visiting healthcare schedule that is just right for you.

Lynnette Adams, BSW is the owner of  Infinity.  She has designed the agency with many individuals in mind.  A team approach in your health care planning is key.  Lynnette is pleased to work along side not only the patient,  but the families, social workers, physicians, case managers, and various others involved in the safety and welfare of each of our clients.  Lynnette is a former Case Management Specialist for the Navajo Nation and also for the State of Colorado and has extensive knowledge and  experience.  For  9 years, Lynnette has been involved in the non medical home health services. 

Through the developement of a specialized care plan to meet your everyday needs we will help you to accomplish your activities of daily living.  Infinity only hires loving and knowledgeable attendants to assist in meeting those needs.  Infinity will  be there for you upon reaching the need of supportive in -home long term care services.
