Jeff Shearon is the President and CEO for JPS Restoration and Construction as well as JPS Properties Inc. a Construction & Restoration Company. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate in 1979 from Arizona State University. After completing college, Jeff resumed working for the family owned construction company. Having been established in the field of construction management, Jeff also has worked along side of many of the largest tract builders and custom homes builders. Jeff brings all phases of expertise in the insurance restoration industry as well as construction management, budgeting, marketing, and customer care. Jeff’s strongest attributes are 30 years of skill and knowledge in the building industry with a specific expertise in construction management. Jeff and his family are very involved in local community outreaches which have provided assistance to those in need.
Pamela Allyn is the Chief Operations Officer and the Director of Sales for JPS Restoration and Construction. Pamela started her career in Marketing and Sales in a management position running a construction company in 1989. Since then, she has continued to advance in management securing JPS's success in the industry of Insurance Restoration and Construction. Pamela also overseer's and supports the specific areas of marketing within the sales team. Pamela also served in the Real Estate housing industry as well as specializing in land development in Arizona. This knowledge in land and housing, has assisted in the business success of JPS. Pamela's diversified business expertise drew her to JPS Restoration And Construction where she also serves as the CFO for JPS Restoration and Construction.
