David Black has excellent credentials to bolster his outstanding legal ability. Mr. Black grew up in the Phoenix area. As a teenager, he was selected to take classes at Arizona State University while still in High School. In his college years, Mr. Black continued his studies at ASU. There, his focus was justice, law, and writing. He graduated summa cum laude, and taught graduate students writing. He was selected to teach the Law School Admission Test (LSAT) to aspiring lawyers by two national test preparation companies.

Among many choices and scholarship offers, Mr. Black chose the prestigious University of California Los Angeles to pursue his legal education. He completed internships in both prosecution and criminal defense, and upon graduation, Mr. Black accepted a position at the Maricopa County Attorney's Office as a young prosecutor. He excelled there, and won "Preliminary Hearing Bureau Attorney of the Month" in September of 2008.

In late 2008, Mr. Black left the County Attorney's office for a more rewarding career when he was recruited by a downtown law firm. After a time at this highly thought of criminal defense firm, Mr. Black decided to start his own law firm. Mr. Black has since formed the Law Offices of David A. Black, where he treats each and every client with the attention and dedication they deserve. He dedicates the type of quality time to his clients and his cases he always dreamed of.
