Levelup Enterprises (LEI) is a fully licensed, bonded and insured general contracting business that has been in business since 2002. LEI services both residential and commercial clients. Throughout all stages of the building and remodeling process many decisions, details and specifications are needed to ensure the integrity and outcome of our clients’ projects. LEI takes each stage and incorporates a schedule and plan for our customers. We provide detailed written proposals, coordinate with architects and/or designers, and turn our clients' remodeling vision into a reality. During the construction phase of the project, LEI’s contracting services include strict quality control and attention to detail, constant client communication, and fulfillment of all required city, state and local inspections. We also have established relationships with quality subcontractors that ensure a smooth construction process from start to finish. Our ultimate goal is total customer satisfaction!
LEI is also an ADA Construction Specialist. LEI is currently selected as a qualified contractor for the US Department of Veterans Affairs, Specialty Adapted Housing Program since 2006. LEI’s function in this capacity is to first conduct a meeting with the Veteran to review the requirements established by the Specialty Adapted Housing Agent. During this process LEI will suggest ways to meet the requirements and fit the Veteran’s needs and wants where it will not affect the overall value and/or resale value of the property. Those changes typically include wider doorways, larger hallways, ADA toilets, ADA grab bars, roll-in showers, ADA roll-under sinks, concrete ramps, enhanced fire escapes, raised-height garage doors, kitchen remodel for precise handicap accessibility, ADA roll-in pools, ADA lifts, and complete room additions. In addition, LEI maintains compliance through multiple VA inspections throughout the Veteran’s project.
