Linkous & Associates, llc focuses on recruiting and placing Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and Neonatal Physician Assistants. As a family-owned and operated specialty service for the neonatal health care industry, Linkous & Associates brings its own distinctive, personal touch to a profession that deals with care and compassion on a daily basis. Throughout the years, Linkous & Associates has cultivated an extensive network of NNPs, hospitals, and physician groups, nationwide, to fill the wide-ranging needs of their clients. Founder, Judy Linkous, began Linkous & Associates as a sole proprietor in the early 1990s. Her daughter, Kelly Linkous-Rushing, joined the firm in December of 2008. Soon after, Linkous & Associates became an Arizona Limited Liability Company.
