Maracay Homes has built over 6,500 homes in the Valley since entering the Arizona market in 1991. Maracay's mission from the beginning was to give homebuyers more choices for their new home than other Arizona home builders. After years of research about homebuyer preferences, it became apparent that homebuyers wanted more choice in floorplan designs, options and features to create a home that fit THEIR lifestyle, not their neighbors. That is why Maracay created Flex Design®, where it's about choices. Choices start with Flex Design® floorplan changes, and extend into custom changes, including choices in standard features, options, design selections, mortgage lenders, pool builders and landscape contractors. Flex Design® truly gives homebuyers the opportunity to put their own personal touch on their home.
Not only is Maracay the pioneer of Flex Design®, they are also the recipients of the prestigious Grand MAME award that was awarded by the Central Arizona Homebuilder's Association. The Grand MAME is the organization's highest award and is given to only one homebuilder a year.

Through donations of time and money, Maracay Homes is pleased to support a variety of programs dedicated to improving the health, education and welfare of Arizona’s children. We contribute to programs that feed the hungry, house the homeless and rescue families and children in crisis. We’re also proud to help sponsor a number of athletic and artistic programs.
