Our office is in downtown Mesa, on Main Street in the historic One MacDonald Center, also known as the US Bank Building. We have a simple philosophy: Treat our clients with respect, work hard for the best result possible, and our clients will be satisfied.

Mr. McPhie is uniquely qualified to handle both personal injury and criminal defense matters.
He has worked for two of the largest personal injury law firms in Arizona, successfully handling hundreds of personal injury cases. He has secured millions of dollars in recovery for his clients. He has a working knowledge of how the insurance industry operates. He believes in the right of innocent victims to recover a fair settlement for their injuries, and will fight for the best result possible.
Ryan also worked as a Deputy County Attorney at the Maricopa County Attorney's Office. There, he learned the ins and outs of how the criminal justice system works, and also how prosecutors evaluate and prepare cases. He can spot weaknesses in the government's case against his clients, and works to use those weaknesses to his clients' benefit.
Kristin McPhie
Mrs. McPhie handles primarily dependency and juvenile matters on local Indian Reservations. She is licensed to practice law in most of the local reservations. She earned the Indian Legal Certificate in law school at ASU.
Kristin also works with Ryan on personal injury matters. As a former insurance adjuster, she brings valuable insight to the negotiation process.
