Our Bullhead City Laboratory is the preferred location in the Tri-sate area for drug screen collection. Our technicians perform hair and urine collection, in addition to breathe alcohol testing. Our techs are DATIA and DOT certified and on call 24 hour 365 days a year for any post accident incidents requiring off hour testing.
