My experience includes preparing monthly reports of up to 7 or more pages also daily and quarterly reports; scheduled and conducted monthly team meetings for staff of 15-20; distributed correspondence via e-mail using a distribution list; maintained corporate card to make company purchases, gifts and entertainment of clients and host events with a credit limit of $10,000; used scanner and Power Point for presentations daily; used QuickBooks Pro for billing, invoicing and maintaining credit card payments; monitored media conferences, tax preparation, bookkeeping and generated and prepared expense and financial reports. Also reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable; cash handling, collections for up to $50,000; made flight, hotel and travel arrangements, minute taking; proof read speeches as well as created databases in Access and spreadsheets in Excel.
I was a Credit Analyst for a large corporation; Customer Service Rep. for a large financial institution before relocating to Phoenix, AZ and a Sales Associate in my youth. I was and am still responsible and respected for an abundance of confidential information. I have also prepared and issued checks for payment to roughly 70 vendors/customers. My typing is 60-65 wpm and about 6000-8000 spm in 10-key by touch.
