Is a fourth generation Phoenician who started in the commercial real estate business with Del Webb Devco in 1973, and the tradition continues with his two children joining with five other quality people here at MPB Realty Services, Inc.

We have found that over the last thirty seven years of doing business here in the Valley, that word of mouth referrals from our tenants and owners is still our best source of not only new business but maintaining our relationships on ‘both sides of the table’. 

MPB Realty Services, Inc. is a family-run, full-service Commercial Property Management, Leasing and Brokerage firm whose focus is to increase the value of our clients’ properties through consistent responsible choices and by creating respectful long-term relationships.
We have been in business for almost forty years in the Valley, through two generations of native Phoenicians whose family goes back five generations and has close to fifty years of experience in Arizona Commercial Real Estate.

We are inspired by the re-development and re-imagining of building uses that not only creates value for our clients, tenants, vendors and employees but also the surrounding community. We understand that we must do what is right for our owners and in turn our tenants. We believe in hands-on management, having integrity and taking common-sense approaches to all areas of business while showing concern in our owner's and tenant's businesses well-being.

We are extremely proud of our Arizona roots and have recently updated our brand to recognize over 130 years and six generations of familial ties we have with the Valley. We truly believe that the historic Phoenix brick and mortar centers will not, and cannot, completely fade away and we work hard to help our properties maintain both their character and function in their local communities. We value the digital innovations that help simplify business in today’s marketplace but strongly feel there are still many advantages to having a face-to-face and person-to-person relationship with those people with whom you do business.
