We continue to thrive as a business because we focus on a very distinct group of car owners, and we truly care about our customers. Impeccable ethics and excellent service are our top priorities. We are a fully accredited business with the BBB and constantly hold ourselves up to their high standards. As a result, we have never had a complaint filed during nearly three decades of operation.

Please meet our staff: Steve Noe and Jeff Snook. Surprised? Don’t be. Our business consists of two people for a reason…we built it that way. We are a small, family oriented shop that does not employ receptionists that simply answer the phone, or service writers who work on commission and get paid to be the middle man between you and the shop technicians. When you bring your car into Noe Import Auto, you will meet and speak with the person that will be performing your work. The person you shake hands with will be the person that is ordering your parts, writing your invoice, answering your questions along the way and advising you of any future needs.

Both Jeff and Steve are ASE certified mechanics and receive regular training on both European and Asian vehicles.
