In the fall of 2005, Chuck and Katrina Herron wanted to start a physical therapy company that would offer their patients an alternative to current physical therapy services. At that time research showed outpatient physical therapy services were only provided in a clinic. Those who were not able to drive, find transportation, or couldn’t stand the heat missed out on outpatient physical therapy services. Unfortunately, those who needed outpatient physical therapy services would opt out resulting in a lower quality of life or other more severe injuries.
In April of 2006, Chuck and Katrina started On the Mend On the Move Physical Therapy Inc. to meet the needs of a growing baby boomer population as well as to help the busy adult or family that was not able to travel to a physical therapy appointment. Since then, they also recognized the need for a quality physical therapy clinic which opened in October of 2007.
