Oridian Construction Services, LLC. (ORIDIAN) provides expertise in the construction industry in a wide variety of ways. We represent public agencies and private property owners as project/construction managers for both heavy civil and building projects. Oridian also provides construction quality control program management services - generally working directly with general contractors. Through our relationship with Dibble & Associates Consulting Engineers Inc. (DIBBLE), we can provide a full range of civil engineering design services.
As part of the DIBBLE Companies, Oridian has roots going back to 1962. Our staff consists of registered engineers and land surveyors, professional project managers, and certified inspectors. All of our employees actively participate in an Excellence Program, managed by the company president, that is aimed at achieving superior results for our clients - in terms of quality, cost, timeliness, and overall value and satisfaction with the project.

ORIDIAN has particular expertise as project manager on CM at Risk projects. We have served as the owner representative on numerous such projects with great success.
