JEFF FINLEY
Owner and President of Phoenix Contracting Services, Inc. started his career in 1979 in the Phoenix area. His primary discipline was electrical, though as his business plan grew, so did the opportunity for trade diversification. Jeff, in addition to holding an Arizona Electrical Contracting license, also holds a dual General Contracting and dual Air Conditioning/Refrigeration license. Over the next few years, Jeff saw another need forming at the request of his customers. Clients were asking for third party inspections in order to validate, proper workmanship was being performed on their home(s) or business(s) by unlicensed contractors as well as a few licensed ones.

This generated the need for Certification(s) with the authority to inspect and render code compliant alternatives. Jeff is a member of the International Code Council (ICC) and currently holds Certifications as an E-1, E-2 Electrical Inspector, M-1 Mechanical Inspector and a B-1 Building Inspector. He is a certified Inspector with the Arizona Board of Technical Registration.
