Pierce Property Management has spent over three decades serving the Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Dewey-Humboldt and surrounding areas near Prescott, Arizona. Pierce Property Management is one of the largest and longest-operating property management companies in the Prescott area and is now conveniently located in Prescott Valley.

We specialize in professional property management and rentals of single-family homes, condominiums, townhomes, duplexes, triplexes and other multi-family property.  We offer a variety of services including full-time management services, leasing services, vacant home caretaker services and real estate sales

Pierce Property Management offers a wide variety of services including the following:

Tenant Screening
Pierce Property Management will run a credit check and a legal background search, as well as check previous rental references and verify income when necessary for all new potential tenants.

Rent Collection
In addition, Pierce Property Management will collect the monthly rent and mail the net proceeds directly to the owner or deposit the funds directly into their bank account. Checks are mailed with a monthly statement as close to the 15th of the month as possible however the contract does allow until the 25th of the month.

Advertising
Weekly advertisements are run in the local newspaper. Ads are placed in display block advertisements on a rotating basis and the cost is divided amongst the owners of the properties advertised. Also, advertising is done online at a minimal monthly cost.  In this computer-driven age, online advertising has proved to be an effective but inexpensive marketing tool.

Inspections
Move-in inspections of the properties are done with the new tenant. Move-out inspections are also conducted with the tenant (if the tenant requests). Exterior and interior inspections are scheduled on a regular basis for all properties.

Maintenance
The premises will be kept in reasonably good repair and the tenants will be charged for any tenant-caused repairs.

Pierce Property Management works with several local companies for a variety of maintenance needs to provide service in a timely manner. These needs include plumbing, painting, cleaning, appliance repair and many other services. A maintenance technician is also on call for after-hour emergencies .
