  • Check windows and doors for security
  • Pick up any trash, flyers or newspapers on the property

  • Insure you’re pool and equipment is being cleaned and serviced
  • Visible check for active HVAC condensation at primary line (seasonal)
  • Insure irrigation systems are operating

Interior

  • A visual inspection of walls, floor and ceilings
  • Check windows and doors for security
  • Run hot and cold tap water through all traps
  • Check supply and drain lines to vanities, toilets
  • Flush all toilets
  • Add water to accessible P trap drain behind washing machine
  • Insure utilities are operational
  • Insure housekeeping service is being performed
  • Check appliances
  • Change out provided air filters monthly
  • Automobile start up and idle
  • Change smoke alarm batteries (as needed)=
