Our Approach to Solving Your Problems

This wealth of experience gives Platt & Westby lawyers a unique perspective. We take a holistic approach to the practice of law. Clients come to us with unique circumstances and needs. We know that there can never be a "one size fits all" solution. It is critical to have in-depth experience in many areas of law and business to craft common sense solutions that work. We have learned that litigation, however justified, is not always the best solution to complex problems.

We have learned that it is necessary to look beyond present challenges and work to create an environment in which our clients can be successful after the battle is concluded. We keep sight of the ultimate goal and discard positions and strategies that detract from reaching it. We help clients see the best possible outcome from a negative set of circumstances and we help achieve that outcome. Along the way we have created lifelong relationships and friendships. Platt & Westby, P.C. is honored to be now representing the grandchildren of some of our first clients.
