Precision Locating is a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the Valley since 2004.

John and Lori Collins are the owners and are both life-long Valley residents. Lori has been providing administrative support in the locating industry for over 21 years. John began his plumbing career in 1977 and has been locating for over 24 years. 

Specializing in the location of residential, commercial and industrial water leaks, air and gas leaks, helium leak detection, ultrasonic leak detection, electric ground faults, sewer gas odor detection, video inspection of sewer lines, thermal imaging, post tension cables and rebar locating and the location of subsurface utilities.
