was established to provide private, professional estate management and court appointed Conservator and Guardian services in Phoenix and other cities of the Valley of the Sun.
Our clients include senior citizens, incapacitated individuals of any age, individuals who were never married and may have no living family to care for their needs, individuals whose spouse may have predeceased them and who have no children to care for their needs, and individuals who have adult children but whose children are not able or willing or who should never be allowed to be in charge for their parents' care, living, or estate needs.

Kurt Tittelbach, our founder and principal fiduciary, is certified to serve as court appointed guardian and conservator in Arizona (license #20641) and member of the National Guardianship Association - a member organization with a Code of Ethics recognized as an industry standard throughout the United States.
