Based out of Phoenix, AZ PE Solar was founded in 2010 by managing partners Ryan Saffarini and Eric Cowlin.  Together the partners have over 15 years of combined construction experience ranging from all aspects of new home construction to the intricacies of solar and electrical work.  Since 2010 PE Solar has met with over 20,000 homeowners and surveyed thousands of customers to create the perfect solar package and energy saving options, all for the best value.  Our goal as a company is to prove to each of our customers that we have the finest product offerings, the highest quality installations, an industry leading warranty, and an unbeatable value.  Every choice we make as a company revolves around these criteria and the result has allowed PE Solar to stand apart from many of our smaller solar competitors.
